Landlord maintenance costs skyrocket as landlords turn to DIY to fix damage

Landlord maintenance costs have soared as disputes over who’s responsible for repairs continue to rise.

According to Towergate Insurance, landlord maintenance costs have increased by more than 26% since 2022 to more than £1,300 per year.
